✨ Membership Terms
By enrolling in the Bronze Club Spray Tan Membership, you agree to the following:

Billing & Commitment
• Membership is $95/month and auto-renews monthly. 
• A valid card on file is required for all members
• Membership may be canceled with 30 days notice. Contact Velvet Fray to cancel your subscription. 

Monthly Tans
• Includes 2 spray tans per month
• Tans are use it or lose it and do not roll over
• Membership tans, discounts, and perks are non-transferable

Booking & Appointments
• Members receive priority booking access
• A valid card is required to reserve appointments
• Standard cancellation policy applies (24-hour notice required)
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee

Additional Perks
• 20% off NUDA retail while membership is active
• $7 off additional spray tans beyond the 2 included tans
• Birthday perk valid during your birthday month only

Cancellations & Unused Tans
• No refunds will be issued for unused tans

General
• Membership benefits are valid only while account is active
• Velvet Fray reserves the right to update membership terms with notice
